Punk//Body Studio ("the Software") is free to use, but it is not open
source. By installing or using it, you agree to this licence.

1. USE
   You may download, install and use the Software free of charge, for any
   lawful purpose, on as many computers as you like.

2. SHARING
   You may give copies of the Software to others only if:
   a. you charge nothing for it, and do not put it behind a paywall,
      subscription or other payment;
   b. it is complete and unmodified: the installer (or files) exactly as
      published, including this licence; and
   c. you do not bundle it with anything sold.
   Linking to the official download is preferred.

3. RESTRICTIONS
   You may not:
   a. modify, adapt, translate or make derivative works of the Software;
   b. reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law
      allows this despite this restriction;
   c. sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise charge for the Software;
   d. remove or change its copyright notices, licence, preview markings or
      branding; or
   e. use its name or logo to suggest that the author endorses you or
      your work.

4. MODS YOU MAKE
   The author claims no ownership of the mods, presets and other files you
   make with the Software; they are yours to use and share. The game's
   files they are based on remain the property of CD PROJEKT S.A., and
   your mods must follow CD PROJEKT RED's rules for fan content and mods.

5. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
   The Software includes third-party components under their own licences
   (for example the Rajdhani and Share Tech Mono fonts, under the SIL Open
   Font License, in the "licenses" folder). The installer downloads the
   WolvenKit CLI and the .NET runtime from their official sources; they
   are covered by their own licences, not this one.

6. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
   OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Back up your
   game and saves. To the extent the law allows, the author is not liable
   for any damage or loss arising from use of the Software.

7. TERMINATION
   This licence ends automatically if you break it. You must then stop
   using and sharing the Software and delete your copies.

8. NOT AFFILIATED
   Punk//Body Studio is a fan-made tool, not affiliated with or endorsed
   by CD PROJEKT RED. Cyberpunk 2077 is a trademark of CD PROJEKT S.A.

The author may offer later versions under different terms. This licence
applies to the version it ships with.
